Cancellation Policy
Entire House Rentals
Written notice must be received by the Innkeeper no less than 28 days prior to check-in. Guests that no show or cancel less than 28 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the entire house rental charge.
Room Rentals
Written or verbal notice (voicemail excluded) must be received by the Innkeeper no less than 14 days prior to check-in. Guests that no show or cancel less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged for the first nights' booking. No refund for reservations made 13 days prior to check in.
